Happy Sai Herthe Day - Our Lady of the Hearth Fire and a Blessed New Julian Year

Happy Sai Herthe Day, the festival of the hearth fire. While most of us don't have living fire at the center of our homes, there are still ways to incorporate this symbolism into our celebrations. The Chapel of Our Mother God has info here about the day as well as rites for clearing your home of demonic forces.

I hope you have a Happy New Year (Julian calendar) 2025. My prayer is for many blessings to you and yours, and may you experience our Mother's love throughout the year.

Dea loves you. Blessed is She

Happy Maia's Day. In Deanic faith, the Janya Maia is the spinner in the Werde Triplicity.  From the Chapel of Our Mother God:
"The Day of Maia is the celebration of that loving abundance and, not accidentally, it is also celebrated as a flower festival."

You can find more info about her and the day at the CoMG.

Blessed Tamala

Blessed Tamala to you. This is the first day of the 3-day Festival of the Dead in Filianism. Find more info at Tamala: The Feast of the Dead at The Chapel of Our Mother God. On incorporating the secular holiday into the festival, they have this to say:

"Over the past century in the west, the pumpkin lantern has become the fundamental popular symbol of this festival. As often happens (for symbols are living things) it is highly appropriate, incorporating fearfulness, and the playful dispelling of fear, with light and the concept of a lantern that guides the way; and including also the benevolence of Our Mother in Her abundant fruits of the earth as well as the joyful unity and playfulness of the community of the faithful who are always "as little children" under the loving protection of Our Mother God."
